Alfons Hoffmann

(born November 12, 1885 in Grudziadz die d. December 30, 1963 in Gdansk, Poland) - Polish engineer - elect rician, a graduate and professor at Gdansk University of Technolo gy, state and social activist, he was a representative wybijajÄ…c ym shaped during the Prussian Pomerania Vistula Polish intelligentsia. The most important element of social activity became a choral societies in Gdansk and Kashubia. Hoffmann was also active in the Polish Gymnastic Association SOKOL and organized action for children of workers and craftsmen Polish gentry estates in Pomerania.
